Alba is the Gaelic word for Scotland, aligning alba.wellness with the owner’s Celtic roots. The native Scottish purple heather is widely revered for its spiritual significance and is associated with spiritual transformation, enlightenment and inner peace. Throughout history, purple heather has symbolised good luck, protection, and spiritual healing.

Heather emigrated from Scotland to Australia in 2005, and began her spiritual journey in 2010. Heather is a fully qualified and accredited clinical Remedial Massage therapist, a fully qualified and accredited Medical Intuitive Reiki Master healer, and an experienced and capable Medium, with a beautiful ego-free connection into spirit and universal energy.
